We are 100% mobile, so we come to you! All service calls within a 50-mile radius of Mountain City, TN, include a $100.00 mobile service call fee. Service calls outside this 50-mile area are charged an additional $2.50 per mile beyond the established 50-mile area. Information from Google Maps determines the travel distance from Mountain City, TN.

The mobile service call fee is charged for each service call, even if we are already in the same RV campground.

Our billing for service calls is straightforward. The hourly rate begins when we arrive at your location and the work commences. On our first visit, there is a one-hour minimum charge. Any additional time is billed in 15-minute increments, ensuring you only pay for the service you receive. 

There is an additional cost for the parts and supplies to complete your service call.

We want you to know that we strive to accommodate all service call appointments as soon as possible. During high-demand periods, appointments are usually scheduled 1-3 weeks in advance. You may request that your call be added to our waitlist in case of appointment cancellation.

At Blue Wolf Mobile RV Services, we’re experts in professional RV tank cleaning. Our advanced hydro-jetting equipment ensures thorough cleaning of your tanks and piping up to the termination valves (sewer connections). Say goodbye to struvite, sludge, and other stubborn grime with our top-notch service!

Pricing starts at $175 for one tank plus $75 for each additional tank.

If you’ve ever faced a clogged toilet, you understand the potential damage and mess it can cause. Dealing with toilet clogs and poop pyramids can be a challenging task, especially when done the right way.

First, we must clean the black water holding tank beneath your toilet. Then, we enter your RV and carefully use different equipment to safely clean from the toilet down into the holding tank and clear the clog or pyramid. Finally, we have to clean the black water tank a second time to ensure the clog/pyramid debris is broken up and cleared from the tank and the attached piping, leaving your system in top-notch condition.

Emergencies happen when you least expect them. For example, maybe you need to hit the road, but your leveling system will not retract, or it is cold outside, and your furnace will not work.

If you have a situation that needs to be addressed immediately and cannot wait for a scheduled appointment, we may be able to help you. Our ability to help depends on our availability and the length of the scheduled waiting list.

Only some situations require the response of a certified RV service technician. Some situations may be resolved over the phone in minutes, which is beneficial for our customers and the efficient operation of our business. 

When you call Blue Wolf, we invest time in better understanding the concern or issue to determine if you need a technician to respond. We have successfully walked some RV’ers through the steps necessary to fix their issue over the phone. 

As a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation with every call for service. If we can help you identify and resolve the issue during this time, you’ve successfully fixed your RV at no cost to you.

While we strive to resolve issues within the initial 15 minutes, we understand that some may require more time. In such cases, additional assistance over the phone is billed in 15-minute increments, ensuring a transparent and fair pricing policy.

Additional telephone assistance is provided in the form of administrative efforts for research, paperwork for warranty companies, insurance claims, and special parts orders. This time is also billed in 15-minute increments.

Depending on the scope of the job, we may request prepayment for this service.
